Offset Management Plan

The approved Offset Management Plan provides the details of overarching management intent, actions and outcomes to satisfy the requirements of Condition 4 and Condition 5 of the EPBC Act approval.  

The V-Dec area incorporates 65ha of lot 230 CH311791, which forms part of the little Liverpool Range Corridor. The offset for EPBC 2014/7306 is entirely land based and is facilitated through an agreement between Cherish The Environment Foundation Ltd and Stockland Development Pty Ltd.
