    • Choose a house that suits your lifestyle and budget.
  • Halcyon home colour customisation options
    • Sign a reservation and pay a $1,000 deposit to secure your home for up to 10 days while contracts are prepared.
    • Sign a Home Purchase Agreement as conditional or unconditional.
    • Review and customise your home plans.

    • Join future homeowners at events and get to know your new community and neighbours.
    • Enjoy an easier settlement without having to pay stamp duty because you're leasing the land.
    • Once settled, complete a Site Agreement. Then, you can move in!
