Coming soon to Deebing Heights
Construction of the first stage of a new master planned community has commenced at Grampian Drive, Deebing Heights.
Civil works are being undertaken to help prepare new residential lots and other infrastructure.
These works follow planning approval and extensive liaison with site’s The Native Title Applicants Group– Yuggera Ugarapul People (YUP) – over many years.
Residential land is expected to be released for sale in 2025.
