2024 has been an amazing year for our little community. From our grand launch in February to now, we've hit so many milestones. And with plenty more on the way, including our first residents moving in - 2025 is shaping up to be a huge year for us.
Our main entrance via Wanneroo Road is currently under construction, with a left-turn slip lane being added for convenient access to Illyarrie Rise. While we wait for that to open mid-next year, enjoy the scenic route through Scenograph Drive to reach us.
Our first neighbourhood park and playground is already coming to life - almost ready to greet you as you enter Illyarrie. Our onsite Sales and Information Centre is also taking shape, with earthworks underway and the first coat of paint already on the walls. These two milestones are set to open alongside the completion of Wanneroo Road in mid-2025 - just picture yourself meeting our friendly Sales Professionals whilst enjoying the views over lush green space!
And, have you noticed all the houses taking shape along Lillypilly Loop and Acacia Way? Construction of our Display Village is in full swing - set to open in May 2025. Soon, you'll get to see the unique works of Dreamstart Homes, Summit Homes, Homebuyers Centre (and 11 others) - all in the same street!
