1. Visit us via Wanneroo Road (soon)

If you've visited Illyarrie recently, you might've noticed the scenic detour to enter the community through Scenograph Drive or Spiccia Way. But this is all about to change. This month, we're kicking off the construction of a left-turn slip lane on Wanneroo Road - meaning by early-mid next year, you'll be able to zip straight into Illyarrie from Wanneroo Road. Once you turn in, you'll be greeted by Illyarrie Rise, a beautiful tree-lined drive that leads you right into the heart of our community. And straight to the lake views of course. 

2. Illyarrie's first park!

If you caught our recent article about our first neighbourhood park, just consider this a little refresher! Nestled along Wanneroo Road and Illyarrie Rise, this pocket of parkland will be the first green space welcoming you to Illyarrie. And with earthworks already underway, and construction set to begin at the end of this month, you can look forward to frolicking in this lush open space by early 2025. 

Picture this: a kids' play area complete with tunnels, climbing ropes and a wizard's tower, plus shaded lounge seating, a public BBQ, and winding footpaths. It's the perfect spot to get your daily dose of fresh air. Read the full article here to see all that's in store. 

3. So long Wanneroo Central.. hello onsite Sales Office

You might have strolled past our cosy sales office at Wanneroo Central, but soon we'll be on the move. While we'll miss the convenience of the shops (and the food options), we're only heading a short 900m up the road - right to the centre of Illyarrie! With our sales office plans now finalised, we're diving into the exciting part - the design and fit out, with the new onsite sales office set to open by early 2025. Great timing right? With our Wanneroo Road entrance also set to open by early-mid next year, you'll take a short drive up Illyarrie Rise and a left onto Acacia Way, where our friendly sales professionals will be waiting to greet you. And the cherry on top? The sales office will overlook our brand-new park and the future display village - which is just a quick walk across the road. 

4. Home sweet display home

Our display village might seem a bit bare right now, but it's already coming to life! Construction is in full swing, and we've already poured the first slab on one of our lots (with many more to follow). Mark your calendars for autumn 2025, when you'll be able to explore options from 14 different builders including Dreamstart Homes, Summit Homes and Homebuyers Centre - with each one bringing something unique to the table. You'll find the display village on Lillypilly Loop and Acacia Way, just a hop, skip and jump from the future onsite sales office. How convenient is that?
