Stockland Corporation Limited and its related companies and trusts ("Stockland", "we", "our", or "us") collect personal information about you in order to:

  • process your request to register for a user account; 
  • respond to your enquiries or feedback or resolve a complaint; 
  • market and promote Stockland products or services to you, which may be of interest to you;
  • provide further information about products and services offered by us or our partners or which you may have requested;
  • conduct research to improve our products and services or your customer experience with us; and

The information you provide will be collected by us directly from you wherever practicable.

If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to create a user account for you, respond to your enquiries, provide the requested products or services to the same standard or at all, or give you important information about our products and services.
