The first slabs have now been poured in our display village and construction is in full swing! The future display village will be located along Lillypilly Loop and Acacia Way, just across the road from the future onsite sales office. Mark your calendars for autumn 2025, when you'll be able to explore options from 14 different builders including Dreamstart Homes, Summit Homes and Homebuyers Centre - with each one bringing something unique to the table.
While you can currently find our sales team 900m down the road at Wanneroo Central, by early 2025, our sales office (and team) will officially be onsite! With plans now finalised, we're diving into the design and fit-out stages of the process. The future onsite sales office will be located on Acacia Way, just off Illyarrie Rise - the main road leading you into Illyarrie following the opening of the Wanneroo Road intersection in early 2025. The best part? The future sales office will have views out to the future park and playground, and future display village - both of which are just a short walk across the road.
The future Sinagra Primary School site sits conveniently within the community and will be developed by the Department of Education in the future. The future Public Primary School will cater for Kindergarten through to Year 6, providing little ones with a place to build their academic skills.
Illyarrie's proposed Stockland Halycon will be a gated lifestyle community. Thoughtfully designed for over 55s, the community will include architecturally designed homes, resort style facilities and manicured gardens. There will be 150 homes, as well as a community club house and sporting amenities for Halcyon residents to enjoy.
