Development Approval Granted for Providence Town Centre

We wish to inform the community that our development application for Providence’s town centre has been officially approved!

This approval represents a significant step toward establishing a central hub designed to meet the needs of our residents.

The proposed town centre will include a full-line supermarket, approximately 20 specialty shops, diverse food and dining options, a gym, and a childcare centre. These facilities are intended to enhance accessibility to essential services and provide a comprehensive shopping experience for the community.

We are also in the process of finalising an agreement with a supermarket operator, which will ensure that residents have access to their everyday necessities.

As preparations commence, residents may notice early activity on the site, including bulk earthworks and civil works. These efforts are essential for preparing the land for the town centre and its associated infrastructure.
