Construction Tracker

Track Your Progress

Welcome to the Stockland Construction Tracker, your portal to an exciting and informative journey towards settlement! From envisioning your future home to living in your new community, our dedicated team is here to assist you every step of the way. By using the stage number provided in your contract, you can stay up to date on your construction progress and the estimated registration timing using the Construction Tracker whenever you like.

Stockland collaborates with multiple third parties to develop your Lot and grow the community. Registration and construction timelines are approximate and may be altered based on construction progress, regulatory approvals, and weather conditions. These milestones will be reached at separate times and not necessarily in a specific order. We will keep you informed of any key changes throughout the settlement journey. The Construction Tracker includes general information that is typical for Lots we sell, however it may not apply to all Lots. If you have questions specific to your Lot, we encourage you to ask our sales team or your legal representative.

Once you have entered into a contract of sale and your deposit is paid, there will be a contract period leading up to settlement. An exciting and busy phase follows and our team will support you along the way. You will be working with multiple parties, including the Stockland team and your legal representative. You will also need to finalise your finance arrangements and discuss your plans with your preferred builder.

For most buyers, the main approval they need to have in place before settlement can occur is finance. It's crucial to have your financing sorted out early on, as it's a requirement for your contract of sale to proceed to settlement.

You will also encounter other approval requirements as your home building journey continues, which most likely your builder will help take care of.

Stockland has design guidelines and build time frames in place to ensure all homes are developed in harmony with the surrounds and to create stunning streetscapes.

Design Essentials form part of the land contract and ensures all residents are held to the same design covenant relevant to their stage of the community.

After settlement, you are required to start building your new home in line with the time frames set out in your land contract.

Your design guidelines can be found on your Stockland community webpage. You can also email design@stockland.com.au if you have any design queries.

Registration with the relevant land titles office is an important milestone. Once this has happened, if there are no other milestones to be met, settlement can be arranged with the help of your legal representative.

Our conveyancing team will send notification to your Settlement Agent that settlement is due, ensuring everything proceeds smoothly according to the terms outlined in your contract.

When settlement day finally arrives, the payment for the remaining portion of your purchase is finalised. Once your financing has been approved, the ownership of the property will officially transfer from Stockland to you, making you the proud new owner.

Settlement marks an exciting milestone as the lot officially becomes yours. This is when your mortgage payments will commence, and your builder can move forward with the construction of your new home!
