We take our responsibility to the environment and providing positive outcomes very seriously. The koalas of Campbelltown have been a key consideration in the sustainability planning of Figtree Hill, as this is an integral to resilience of the identity of the koala communities. 

Our commitment to sensitive development has been documented in the Construction Environmental Management Plan and Koala Management Plan which have been endorsed by the Commonwealth Government’s Department of Environment and Energy.
