Our Friendly team at the Centre Management Office enjoy being able to help and offer a variety of services. From store directions, gift card sales, local bus timetables, lost property, motorised scooters and wheelchair hire, we are here to make shopping easier.

*Please note, the office is closed for public holidays. 

We have three accessible restrooms in Stockland Wendouree, one in our Casual Dining Precinct and two are located in the main amenities corridor in the middle of the building. 

The restroom closest to the parents room is an Adult Change Space and features:  

• An adult sized change table and a full range ceiling hoist.

Disabled parking spaces are located close to the Centre entrances for customer convenience and we also have electric scooters and wheelchairs for free hire from our Centre Management Office.

Stockland Wendouree is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time. Our parents’ room holds a five-star breastfeeding accreditation and includes double-pram access, heated baby wipes, emergency help points, children’s play panels and play areas, televisions, lockable feeding room, both parents’ and children toilet facilities and a separate change and food preparation area.

A second baby change facility is located in the casual dining amenities. The parents’ room is located down the amenities corridor near the Centre Management Office

At Stockland, we’re committed to accessibility. Motorised mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and wheelchair shopping trolleys are readily available for free hire at our Centre Management Office. To secure your booking, simply reach out to our Centre Management team at (03) 5339 5131.

If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to Centre Management located down the amenities corridor in the near the centre of the shopping centre or call (03) 5339 5131.

A JP document signing service for our customers is available every Tuesday between 10am and 2pm and will be located near Zing Pop Culture.

No bookings are required for this service and it is offered free of charge thanks to our wonderful team of volunteers. Please note, the service is not available on public holidays.
