Shopping with Kids

The Stockland Wendouree Community Hub is a safe and comfortable space for Ballarat's community groups and organisations to meet with locals. We host crafts, story time, education session, First Nations activites and more!

You can find The Community Hub located outside Vodafone. 

Our parents’ room holds a five-star breastfeeding accreditation and includes double-pram access, heated baby wipes, emergency help points, children’s play panels and play areas, televisions, lockable feeding room, both parents’ and children toilet facilities and a separate change and food preparation area.

A second baby change facility is located in the casual dining amenities. The parents’ room is located down the amenities corridor near the Centre Management Office.

Our Quiet Room is available for parents, carers and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to use and step away from the hustle and bustle of the centre.

The room features sensitive play screens, tactile wall panels, sensory wall coverings, bean bag and dimmable lights. Find the Quiet Room within the Parents Room facilities, located near the Centre Management Office.

We’ve created an inclusive playgrounds where children of all abilities can play together. Innovative design caters to physical disabilities, vision and hearing impairments, mobility challenges, and spectrum disorders such as autism. Visit the playground located in front of Coles and let the fun begin.
