Need assistance? Our Centre Management Team are here to support you with a range of centre services. 

Whether it’s gift card purchases, lost property inquiries, or transport-related questions, they’ve got you covered.
 
Find the team during the centre’s core trading hours down the corridor between Boocock's Quality Meats and Coles, or give them a call at 1300 113 216. They’re always ready to assist.

Accessible Amenities

Our public toilets and accessible restrooms are located at the end of the amenities corridor, which is located near the ALDI entrance. 

Accessible parking spaces are located close to each of the Centre entrances for customer convenience.

Working with a disability
Parents & Quiet Room

Stockland Birtinya has a well-equipped Parents Room for your convenience. The Parents Room is located at the end of the amenities corridor, which is located near the ALDI entrance. Our Parents Room facilities include change tables, wash basins, baby wipes, play equipment and bottle warming equipment. Also within our Parents Room, we have a dedicated Quiet Room for those needing a low-sensory reprieve from the hustle and bustle of our main centre.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

Stockland Birtinya is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time. To learn more about the program, visit our news page.

Visit the Centre Management Office located down the corridor next to Boocock's Quality Meats to pick up a free lanyard, pin or wristband.

If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, please call Centre Management office on 1300 113 216. Alternatively both Coles and ALDI may have their own lost property register.
