Getting to Stockland Birtinya
Stockland Birtinya is located on the corner of Kawana Way and Lake Kawana Boulevard, in the suburb of Birtinya, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Adjacent to the world class Sunshine Coast Health Hub and just minutes from Lake Kawana, Birtinya Retirement Village and Bokarina Beach, the centre is easily accessed and offers over 520 convenient car parks.
Stockland Birtinya provides all day parking with over 520 car park bays available, including undercover parks, parents with prams, seniors, motorbike and disabled parking spaces. Due to our enviable position in the heart of the health hub and the high volume of workers in the region, Stockland Birtinya's managed parking is designed to ensure there's always a park available for customers of the shopping centre. The advanced parking system is easy to use, and is ticketless based on licence plate recognition, allowing customers quicker and easier access in and out without the need of a ticket. FREE PARKING Stockland Birtinya offers two hours free parking for all customers, however if you spend $50 on your visit you will receive an additional two hours free parking on validation of your spend. To receive the additional two hours free parking please visit the Centre Management Office down the corridor next to Coles. Parking is also free after 5pm.
There are several bus stops located along Kawana Way, connecting you with Stockland Birtinya. Route maps and timetables are available from Translink on 131230 or by visiting the Centre Management Office.

Stockland Birtinya is proud to feature a Touched by Olivia endorsed open-air play space. Designed with imagination, creativity and active play in mind, it's suitable for children of all ages and abilities. The playground features a Robinia ship, mound tunnel, embarkment slide and grass reeds parkour designed tactile play space for discovery and learning. Located undercover in the casual dining precinct (ALDI end), the play space is accessible 7 days a week, rain, hail, or shine.
Keep an eye on our website as we also host an array of events, activities and entertainment for kids, particularly during the school holidays.
Our parents' room is located down the corridor next to ALDI.
