Good news for Regional First Home Buyers!

Have you heard the recent good news?
The Federal Government has announced the launch of the Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee, which will allocate an additional 10,000 new places each year until 30 June 2025.

What does that mean for you?
From Saturday, 1 October 2022, 10,000 new places will be available to support eligible first home buyers living in regional areas in Queensland to purchase a new home in a regional location – with a deposit of as little as five per cent without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance.  

To be eligible, you must currently live in the regional area (or live adjacent to the regional area) you are looking to purchase in for at least 12 months to the date your home loan agreement is executed. This new government initiative is another terrific opportunity for Regional First Home Buyers to secure their first home and invest in their future.
