Stockland North Shore’s new precinct offers choice

Stockland has launched its newest lifestyle precinct, Amity Village, within its North Shore community, located 13 kilometres from Townsville’s CBD and 10 kilometres from Townsville’s airport.
The 9.5-hectare site is close to North Shore State School, as well as Green Leaves Early Learning centre, with pathways for children and families to walk safely to and from school. Its location near the wetlands, the future District Sporting Fields, and Junction Park provides residents with access to green and active open spaces.
Stockland Project Director, Rachel Dunstan said Amity will help to meet the growing demand for homes in the region.
