Botanica's first Walk Your Lot event: A milestone moment for future residents

Botanica is growing, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate this exciting journey with our future residents! Our very first Walk Your Lot event was a great success, as we welcomed future homeowners from Stages 1, 2, and 3 to step onto their homesites for the very first time.

The day was filled with excitement as families explored their lots, envisioning the homes they will soon build. From marking out future kitchens and backyards to simply standing in the space that will soon be theirs, it was a truly special moment for all involved. Future residents also put sold stickers on their lot plates to mark this significant milestone, making the experience even more memorable.

Beyond the excitement of seeing their future homesites, attendees also had the opportunity to connect with their future neighbours, strengthening the sense of community that Botanica is all about. With the precinct’s natural beauty providing a stunning backdrop, it was easy to see why so many have chosen to call Botanica home.
