Join our Project Management team as they share the latest construction update at Botanica
Stockland’s Botanica community in Deebing Heights is making significant progress, with stages 1 to 9 nearing completion. Project Manager Tash recently provided an update on the development, highlighting the final touches being made by the Shadforth team. The roads are now sealed and line-marked, while electrical contractors continue their work on installing street lights and green boys throughout the precinct.
At Stage 6, the team is also working on the installation of fencing, and the construction of retaining walls is progressing. The majority of walls in Precinct A are sealed concrete sleeper walls, supported by steel posts and designed with structural integrity in mind. These walls include drainage systems to manage groundwater and prevent build-up during rainy periods.
Landscaping is also well underway, leading the way in creating Botanica’s stunning streetscapes and Entry Road. Native plants that are both hardy and climate-suited to the Ripley Valley are being carefully installed to enhance the natural beauty of the area.
As the development continues to evolve, Botanica’s community is quickly taking shape, and residents can look forward to a vibrant, sustainable place to live. The next update is already in the works, so stay tuned for more exciting news.
