Brew Box Collective: A community hub in the heart of Aura

Nestled in the vibrant Aura masterplanned community in Baringa, Brew Box Collective is not just another café - it’s a gathering place, a community hub, and a testament to the entrepreneurial spirit of its founder, Justin Swayn. Having launched the business in January 2024, Justin is channelling his expertise into his newest venture that aligns perfectly with his values of community and local development.

For Justin, Brew Box Collective is more than just coffee and provides an opportunity to foster connections and create a space where the community can thrive.

Justin Swayn from Brew Box Collective in Baringa loves being part of the Aura community

“Honestly, that’s what this business is all about - reaching out to and supporting the community,” said Justin.

He believes that the support he provides to local residents will, in turn, be returned through their patronage.

One of the most rewarding aspects of running Brew Box Collective for Justin is the ability to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

“I love knowing that I can brighten someone’s day.

“In a world where morning routines often feel rushed, I aim to create a welcoming atmosphere where customers can enjoy a quality cup of coffee with a smile, and leave knowing that you’re off to a good start to the day.”

Stockland Aura Community Development Manager, Charlotte Buckley said that Stockland was delighted to have Brew Box Collective open its doors in the retail precinct in Baringa.

“In a masterplanned community like ours, local businesses are the heartbeat. They connect us, provide locals with jobs, and enhance our quality of life, especially when they provide great coffee!” said Charlotte.

“When we support local entrepreneurs and shop local we make our community an even better place to live.”

Looking ahead, Justin envisions a Brew Box Collective that extends beyond its physical location. He hopes to introduce a coffee cart for local social events and to collaborate with local sports teams, fostering even deeper connections within the Aura community.

“Aura definitely ticks all of the boxes for me and I’m excited about the potential future growth of the area,” he said.

“Since opening, the feedback from locals has been amazing and overwhelmingly positive.”

Justin feels blessed to be able to do what he loves and is grateful that his passion resonates with his customers.

“It’s nice to know that my passion is coming across to the customers and to the local community,” he notes, highlighting the importance of mutual support in building a thriving business.

According to Justin, a perfect day in Aura starts with the sun rising, inspiring him to lace up his running shoes and explore the beautiful walkways or enjoy a bike ride along the veloways. And no perfect day would be complete without stopping by Brew Box Collective for a takeaway coffee, ready to tackle whatever the day may bring.
