Aura’s first petrol station
Nestled close to the Aura Business Park, alongside KFC and the Sparkletown car wash, we've got a brand new EG Ampol petrol station and service centre gearing up to open in Baringa in mid-2024. Life's about to get a whole lot easier, meaning you can fuel up, grab some food and your daily essentials without leaving Aura.
New Baringa Sports Complex
Sports fans have reason to celebrate with the latest addition to Aura's sporting facilities – the Baringa Sports Complex, set to open in late 2024. As the fourth sporting facility in Aura, it will be the biggest one yet, with a space dedicated to AFL and tennis, featuring not one, but two full-sized AFL fields and a whopping eight full-sized tennis courts! Plus, an additional four hotshot courts for our tennis enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels. With the Nirimba Sports Complex, Baringa Football Grounds and Nirimba Rugby League Grounds already in the mix, we're taking our love for sports to a whole new level.
Opening of Aura Brook and the Enchanted Garden Park
From an enchanted garden through to a dog park, open green space, pedestrian bridges and educational nature trail, Aura Brook will become a celebrated space for all residents to enjoy! Stage 1 of construction is well underway and we can’t wait for this to be complete later in 2024 for all of the community to enjoy.
New emergency services precinct underway
Construction on Aura’s brand new emergency services precinct is currently underway and forecast to be open in late 2024. This precinct will house a state-of-the-art ambulance station worth $7.9 million, a purpose-built police station valued at $13.5 million, and a modern fire and rescue service station valued at $8.5 million – that’s close to $30 million dollars of investment into emergency services for the Aura community, all under one roof! These upgrades will bolster frontline emergency services to keep up with our growing community, improving response times and health outcomes for a safer and healthier Aura.

Eight years ago when Stockland first embarked on Aura, we aimed to build a thriving masterplanned community where people could live, work and play so it’s wonderful to see it all come to fruition. We are excited to deliver these milestone projects over the coming months and thank all who call Aura home for contributing to this great community.
