Stockland Point Cook Customer Care desk is there to help you with all your questions and requirements, including Lost and Found services and complimentary use of equipment including wheelchairs, electric scooters and baby strollers.
 
The Customer Care desk is located in the Target Quadrant, located between Ally and Dymocks.

Our Disabled Restrooms are located in each amenities corridor in the Coles, Target and Woolworths quadrants.

Disabled parking spaced are located close to the centre entrances for customer convenience. 

Stockland Point Cook is proud to offer families a sensory-friendly shopping guide and Sensory Map to make their centre experiences as convenient, calm, and organised as possible. 

Shoppers at Stockland Point Cook can enjoy the benefits of free Wi-Fi hotspots by conveniently surfing the internet through a fast and reliable wireless internet connection for laptops/notebook computers and PDAs across the quadrants, Town Square and shops.

There are also free recharge stations available in Point Social, with both regular powerpoints and USB points for you to power up your device. 

No matter how well you know someone, sometimes it’s hard to find the right present. Give the gift of choice with a Stockland Gift Card. Available from just $10, a Stockland Gift Card can be spent in any participating store in any Stockland Shopping Centre in Australia. 

The Stockland Gift Card can be purchased from the Customer Care desk, located between Ally and Dymocks in the Target quadrant. See in centre for a list of participating stores. Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and have a $1.50 activation fee.

Stockland Point Cook is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time.

Visit our friendly Customer Care team located in the Target quadrant to pick up a Sunflower lanyard, pin or wristband today.

If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Customer Care desk located between Ally and Dymocks in the Target precinct, or contact 9395 4722.

Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are available for complementary hire from the Customer Care desk.
