Our Customer Care desk provides a range of free services and can assist with all centre services and enquiries including store locations, the hire of mobility equipment, gift card sales, and lost property.  If you require assistance our staff are there to help.  Simply contact:

Stockland Hervey Bay is proud to offer families a sensory-friendly shopping guide and Sensory Map to make their centre experiences as convenient, calm, and organised as possible.  

Stockland Hervey Bay is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time. 

Visit our friendly Customer Care team located near Australia Post to pick up a Sunflower lanyard, pin or wristband today.

At Stockland Hervey Bay we have a 5 star Parents' Rooms which is located directly across from Kmart, down the service corridor next to Cotton On.

Facilities include:

* Private feeding rooms including LCD TVs

* Microwave and bottle warmer

* Gated children's play area with activity panels

* Family restroom including children's toilet

* Change table with disposable change mats

* Nappy bins

Two scooters and two wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk located near Australia Post.

Our JP Service runs the following days each week:

Thursday 4pm - 6.00pm

Saturday 10am - 12 noon

The Stockland Gift Card can be purchased from the Customer Care Desk, located near Australia Post.  Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and have a $1.50 activation fee.

Shoppers at Stockland Hervey Bay can enjoy the benefits of free WiFi by conveniently surfing the internet through a fast and reliable wireless internet connection for laptops/ notebook computers and PDA's throughout the centre.
