An Adult Change Room facility with an adult change table and assistance lifter is located in the amenities between Soul Origin & Miniso on the Ground Level.

Stockland Green Hills is proud to offer families a sensory-friendly shopping guide and Sensory Map to make their centre experiences as convenient, calm, and organised as possible.

Stockland Green Hills is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time.

Parent Rooms are located in all amenities throughout the centre - on the Ground Level between Priceline & Elly's Nails and between Soul Origin & Miniso, and on Level 1 adjacent to McDonald's in the Food Court. All Parent Rooms have a 5 star Australian quality rating. Facilities include change tables, nappy bins, wash basins, children's play area, bottle warming, microwaves and private feeding rooms.

We're proud to provide our shoppers with The Quiet Room - designed to create a safe place for parents, carers and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing a calm, low sensory environment, which can be used as a retreat away from the busy shopping centre.

The Quiet Room is located in the amenities adjacent to McDonald's in the Food Court on Level 1.

Our inclusive play areas are located on Level 1 opposite Harry Hartog Bookseller and in The Courtyard. Designed in collaboration with the Touched By Olivia Foundation, our play area's innovative designs allows all children to play together, including those with physical disabilities, vision, hearing and mobility impairments, or spectrum disorders such as autism.

The Play Area near Harry Hartog's design has been inspired by the history of the Hunter River featuring a flexible forest, cubby house, vine archways and a play tunnel. It also includes sensory and tactile play spaces for discovery and learning, and casual seating for everyone to relax and enjoy. The Enchanted Forest Play Area in The Courtyard design is inspired by East Maitland’s Historical Flora and Fauna.

The Enchanted Forest tells a story and offers children an opportunity to explore their local surrounding environment, and educate them through discovery and fun challenges. Take a journey across the balancing tree logs, or cast your eyes into the magical warped mirror, explore the hidden animals through the telescopes or go exploring in the flexible forest!
