Illyarrie is an incredible new site for Stockland. Located in Sinagra, in Western Australia's Inner North West, it's 26kms from the city. The community will be home to more than 600 - including 152 homes allocated to Stockland Halcyon over 50s living. 

Sitting high on an elevated pocket of land, we've preserved the natural site contours to maximise views over Lake Joondalup. Today, Stockland Illyarrie is entering the market surrounded by established residential and established amenity. The community name Illyarrie, pays respect and recognition to the local Traditional Owners, the Noongar people, and is the local Noongar name for Eucalyptus Erythrocorys. Native to the area and Western Australia, Illyarrie is a striking Eucalyptus tree distinguished by scarlet red bud caps and golden yellow flowers. 

Our Sales Office at Wanneroo Central Shops is open from today, with the Illyarrie site located a short distance away at 1040 Wanneroo Road. Sales office hours are Tues, Thurs-Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 11am-5pm, and Wed 1pm-5pm.
