In our second video, Tom Barry and Clare Pocock from Stockland Amberton Beach explain the vision behind The Amberton and the Foreshore Precinct, including the proposed Lighthouse Adventure Playground, and how when combined they will deliver residents some of the best community facilities WA has to offer.

As we count down to The Amberton Beach Bar & Kitchen opening later this year, we thought it timely to explore the design behind this iconic venue and delve into what it will mean for the local community, Eglinton and the greater WA north west coastal region.
