Review the land release details

Prior to the release, you will receive an email from residential@res.stockland.com.au containing the details of the release (pricelist, release brochure, terms & conditions). Review these details carefully and make note of your preferred lot numbers.

At this point, reach out to a Stockland Sales Professional to discuss your preferences or ask any questions.

Reminder email

The day before the land release, you’ll receive an email (with the subject line “Reminder”) with a personalised link to our Expression of Interest form. This is unique to you, so please don’t forward it to anyone else. Keep this email handy as you’ll need it on the day of the release.

On land release day

At 10am AWST on the day of the release, click the button in the “Reminder” email. This will take you to a webpage where you can submit your Expression of interest form.

Complete the EOI Form

Complete all details on the Expression of Interest form. If you are successful in registering your interest you will receive a confirmation email from Stockland Residential. Please note, a successful registration does not guarantee you a lot or a sales call to purchase land. If you are unsuccessful in registering your interest for this release, you will have the option to join the waitlist for the next release.

Hear from our sales team

On the day of the release, the sales team will call customers (between 11am and 5pm AWST) who have successfully registered their interest, until all lots have been sold. Please ensure you’re contactable within this time. You will be called twice and if you are uncontactable both times you will lose your opportunity to participate in this land release.
 
From there, our team will conduct appointments and work with each customer to allocate the lots in the release, based on individual preferences, budgets and available lots. Once your allocation is finalised and you’ve paid your deposit, your lot is secured and you can start planning your future home.

Frequently asked questions

Our sales professionals are just a phone call away, but sometimes it's nice to figure things out for yourself. Here are some common queries.

At Amberton Beach, we release new lots to market regularly. To manage the high demand on releases, you must be pre-registered on our database to participate and receive a unique invitation link.

On the release day, you use this link to express interest in your preferred lot/s and allocations will be made on a first come, first served basis.

Any lots not sold immediately upon release will be added to our price list.

If you're interested in one of these but need to do your due diligence with your builder or bank before committing, our sales professionals can place a short hold on this lot for you to do so.

We recommend you move quickly in these situations as we may place additional holds behind you in case you don't proceed.

To secure a lot at Amberton Beach, you must pay a $2,000 deposit and provide a current letter of eligibility from a licensed broker or a valid preapproval from your bank.

Titled lots have had their certificate of title issued and are ready for you to settle and build on right away. You can drive past and even stand on them.

Where a title hasn't been issued, the lot is still under construction or waiting on approvals. We give our best prediction of when we expect titles and we're proud of our track record, but it's best to treat these dates as indicative.
