With its majestic mountain range backdrop and ideal location within the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane,  Kinma Valley is set to be one of the most sought-after locations in Moreton Bay.

This region on the rise brings the best of both worlds- tranquility in a community surrounded by nature, with all the conveniences of urban living at your doorstep- and when it comes to great coffee and local cafés, Kinma Valley is spoilt for choice!

Whether you're after a morning caffeine fix, a relaxed brunch, or special spot to catch up with friends, here are some of our top cafés to try.

You only have to venture down the road to discover one of Kinma Valley’s local café jaunts, Creekside Café. Offering a delicious range of food and drinks, this café has been designed with families in mind. Whilst a fenced-in playground for children is visible from both the outdoor alfresco and indoor air-conditioned dining areas, there is also a large grassed space for children to play on as well as blankets, toy boxes and colouring-in pages provided too.

Within 5km from Kinma Valley there are two other cafés to try. With its extensive, budget friendly menu, Café 63 is a great meeting spot, or if you’re looking for an indulgent brunch  Project Salubrious is for you! This gorgeous café supports local farmers and suppliers, boasting brilliant produce grown in Kinma Valley’s surrounding regions. Their entire menu is free of gluten, grains, dairy and refined sugar, plus it is also largely paleo and keto friendly. 

If you’re looking for Italian fare, it’s impossible to go past Basil and Vine. The family-owned restaurant offers delicious, authentic Mediterranean meals and best of all, it’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bellissimo!

If specialty coffee is for you, Stellarossa Narangba is a brew-tiful choice! The hip café serves a range of brunch options alongside its Stellarossa coffee, which is blended from the highest grade of Arabica beans from around the world. The Stellarossa roasting team only work directly with farmers to ensure their coffee is always ethical, responsible and sustainable.

There are so many other local cafés worth visiting, one in particular being The Hideout. With its focus on providing sustainable food, specialty coffee and craft wine, this café offers farm-to-table dining, creating traditional dishes with a modern twist. Of particular note, are their Instagram worthy, mouth-watering cakes, which they have become famous for.
