“We came down to visit the Aura Sales and Vision Centre and when we could see what was going on here and had a look around, the very next day we bought a home site,” Brian said.

In purchasing in “The Avenues”, the couple’s decision was influenced by a desire to secure a home that wouldn’t demand endless hours of yard maintenance, with this sentiment resonating with many new residents in Aura seeking a harmonious balance between a comfortable home and a manageable lifestyle.

“I don’t want a quarter acre block as I don’t want to spend every weekend mowing the lawn, so “The Avenues” really appealed to us.”

“We’ve already met some of the other landholders here and we think our street in “The Avenues” is going to be a really welcoming place to live.

“We look forward to hosting street parties with our neighbours and being quite active and enjoying what we’ve got here.

"When you live on the Sunshine Coast and live in a Stockland community, there are friends that you've already got, and there's friends that you just haven't met yet,” Brian said.
