Join our database

Once you’ve signed up to our database (by filling out an enquiry form on our website), you’ll be eligible to participate in our land releases and will receive updates when a new release is coming up. We’ll reach out to understand what you’re looking for and help guide you towards suitable options.

Review the land release details

A week before the release, we’ll send you an email with details about the number of home sites releasing, their size, pricing and position within the community. Keep an eye out for this email (it’ll come from residential@res.stockland.com.au) and make sure to note down your preferred lots!

At this point, you can also reach out to a Stockland Sales Professional to discuss your preferences or ask any questions.

Save the date

On the day before the land release, you’ll receive an email (with the subject line “Reminder”) with a personalised link to our Expression of Interest form. This is unique to you, so please don’t forward it to anyone else. Keep this email handy as you’ll need it on the day of the release!

Get ready to register on the release day

To avoid missing out, make sure you’re prepared! At 8am on the day of the release, you’ll be able to click the button in the “Reminder” email and access a webpage with our Expression of Interest form.

Express your interest

Fill in and submit the Expression of Interest form, and you’ll get an email from us to confirm we’ve received your response. This is just the first step - a successful registration does not guarantee you a lot or a sales appointment to purchase land. If you’re unsuccessful in registering your interest for this release, we recommend contacting our team to stay informed about any suitable lots that may become available and details of future releases.

Book an appointment

Registrations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once spots are filled, no further registrations will be accepted, and only those who receive a confirmation email from Stockland will move forward.

After registrations are full, we’ll begin calling successful participants to book appointments. Keep in mind, if demand is high not everyone may secure a chance to purchase land in each release.

Secure your chosen land

From there, our team will conduct appointments and work with each customer to allocate the lots in the release, based on individual preferences, budgets and available lots. Once your allocation is finalised and you’ve paid your deposit, your lot is secured and you can start planning your future home!
