Development Update - April 2025

We’ve got some exciting updates to share as development at Willowdale continues to take shape.

🏘️ Community Centre: The walls are up, the roof is going on, and the metal roof sheeting is underway – the Community Centre is officially starting to take form!

🏊‍♀️ Swim Centre: The holding tanks are in place, and the base slab for the first half of the 25m pool is complete. Splash time is getting closer!

🧸 Childcare Centre: The slab is done, and the metal structure is rising. Wall frames are on-site, ready for installation.

🏏Sportsfield: Set to open mid-2025, we're officially putting the finishing touches on the sportsfield complex. The professional-grade Kikuyu grass is growing strong, the amenity building is taking shape with the roof and walls up, plus the interior fit-out in full swing.
