What are Design-Approved Home & Land Packages?

A Design-Approved Home & Land Package allows you to achieve your dream of home ownership even sooner, with home designs purposefully created and pre-approved for specific lots within The Gables.

Our builder partners have blended style and function to curate a collection of stunning family home designs that complement the neighbourhood character of The Gables, each paired perfectly with a specific lot. A Design-Approved Home & Land Package comes with approval from the Stockland design team and an approved development application from The Hills Shire Council, meaning each lot has the perfect home already designed and approved*!

Your purchase guide

Ensure you have submitted an enquiry on The Gables website. This ensures you stay up to date with the latest home design offerings! If you have not registered, please click here.

After your online enquiry, a Stockland Sales Professional will get in contact with you to discuss the perfect home for you and your family!

Once you have determined your home design of choice, we invite you to visit the relevant Builders display in either Box Hill or Marsden Park Homeworld to walk through the Display Homes and see and touch the finishes and fixtures on offer!*

Once you are satisfied with your inclusions and finishes in your home design choice & the location of the corresponding lot, two deposits will be made. Our Sales Professionals from Stockland will guide you through the deposit process for your land lot, whilst a representative from the builder will discuss your home build deposit and contract. Once contracts have been exchanged, our customer care team will then provide guidance on the land lot registration. Once land registration has occurred the Builder representative will guide you through the Building contract & timing for your home build.
