Elara is awarded Masterplan Community of the year

Last week our Elara community in Marsden Park was named as the Masterplanned Community of the year at the 2022 Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards.

Home to more than 9,000 residents, Elara is the leading development in Sydney's north west. Since acquiring the site 10 years ago, Elara has become a diverse neighbourhood comprising liveable, innovative, and affordable homes with world class precinct amenities: schools, shops, parks, services and 40 hectares of public green space.
