When you move into Calderwood Valley, you don’t just create a home – you become part of a community where connections count and lifelong friendships are created.

It’s no accident and entirely by design. Discover the features that’ll make you feel right at home at Calderwood Valley, from the Sprout Hub at the community’s heart to the community’s ample parks and open spaces.

Meeting places and spaces

Sprout Hub is the perfect place to meet your mates. Bean Roasted Espresso Bar serves great coffee and has an all-day menu of tasty treats (think classic brekkie rolls and toasties, banana bread and more). The Seedling Fund supports local clubs and initiatives, with 10% of café sales donated back to the community. Events such as craft workshops, kids’ music sessions and fitness sessions are held regularly at Sprout Hub – you can even book a space to work or hold a meeting.

Community events are also held at the Plough & Ale Inn, which has a social calendar packed with entertainment. The pub welcomes locals looking to meet with friends, enjoy a hearty meal, or simply have a beer while watching the footy.

A connected community

Calderwood Valley is designed to bring people together, with four community parks where you can challenge your friends on the basketball court, join a fitness group and work out in the outdoor gym, or relax with a coffee while watching the kids play.

Once complete, Calderwood Valley will have more than 200 hectares of open space and 35 kilometres of bike and walking trails, as well as new parks, playgrounds, shops, restaurants and

schools all within the community. A state-of-the-art village centre is also in the works and will offer medical facilities, a gym and an outdoor dining precinct.

Home protection

Surrounded by the pristine Illawarra Escarpment, Calderwood Valley is as scenic as it is serene. The community is proud of its natural environment and committed to its preservation.

From its environmentally sensitive urban design to its revegetation programs, Calderwood Valley leads the way in sustainable family living.

The six-star Green Star community is designed to reduce your household running costs and minimise your impact on the natural environment, with everything from smart water conservation to LED lighting included. Plus, Calderwood Valley delivers an ultra-high-speed Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) network, ensuring fast internet speeds and making working from home easier than ever.

From the moment you move to Calderwood Valley, you'll immediately feel like you belong. With purpose-built facilities, designated meeting areas and a vibrant calendar of community events, it’s a place designed to bring people together, and one where you’ll feel right at home.
