Stockland is excited to announce Axis Communications, a network technology company focussed on security and communications systems, will be moving to the MPark innovation precinct in Macquarie Park later this year.

Axis Communications - which provides network solutions in video surveillance, access control, and intercom and audio systems - will take up 700-square-metres at the first workplace building to be completed at MPark - 11 Khartoum Road.

Located just 12 kilometres north of the City of Sydney in the heart of the Macquarie Park Innovation District, MPark is set to become a vibrant hub for work and innovation. It is well-serviced by public transport and major roads, close to the population catchments of Chatswood and Ryde and walking distance to Lane Cove National Park and near to the Lane Cove River.

Development Director, Frank Ianni, said MPark's Stage 1 is providing certainty in the delivery of new sustainable workplaces that appeal to tenants considering a new office space that focuses on wellbeing, engagement and performance.

"One hundred per cent of MPark Stage 1 is either complete or under construction, providing confidence to our tenants which is a point of difference and advantage in the market".

"With companies including WiSE Medical, Audika and CHEP already occupying their new offices at 11 Khartoum Road, food and beverage retailer The Naked Duck to open mid-year and Johnson & Johnson to move into their new head office in 2025, Axis Communications will join a highly desirable and thriving workplace precinct."

"Joining MPark's dynamic precinct, alongside other incredible companies which share our commitment to driving innovation, will be another step in Axis Communications' goal towards creating sustainable workplaces. We look forward to this opportunity to contribute to a thriving workplace community and furthering our focus on wellbeing, engagement, and performance," said Wai King Wong, Regional Director at Axis Communications.

Upon completion, MPark Stage 1 will comprise three workplace buildings at 11, 15, and 17 Khartoum Road, retail, a data centre, and a 2,500 square metre open park.  Construction of MPark Stage 1 is expected to be complete in 2025.
