Prosciutto and herb butter board

Category: food

Let us introduce the prosciutto and herb butter board – a delightful twist on the classic charcuterie board! If you’re on the hunt for a budget-friendly and fun alternative for your next gathering or celebration, look no further. Making a butter board is a breeze – simply spread a generous layer of butter onto a wood board and garnish with your favourite toppings. Our current obsession? Prosciutto and herbs.

This prosciutto and herb butter board brings together the rich, salty notes of prosciutto with the fresh taste of herbs to create flavours your guests will love. Here’s how to make one yourself!

Method:

1. Mix butter in a bowl to soften further (the consistency should be spreadable but not melted).

2. Layer the butter in swirls using the back of a spoon on a wooden board.

3. Sprinkle the salt evenly on top of the butter.

4. Layer the prosciutto, coriander, chives, dill, and relish over the butter.

5. Serve with warm bread and grapes.
