Healthy ghost Halloween monster shake

Gather your little goblins and let’s whip up this ahh-mazing healthy ghost monster shake to celebrate Halloween! Keep reading to find out how to make this marvellous monster shakes or follow our step-by-step video below on our Instagram.

Ingredients

1 cup of oat milk  

¼ cup of vanilla protein powder 

1 tsp of vanilla extract  

1 tbsp of honey  

1 banana 

Dark chocolate, grated (or you can use desiccated coconut)  

1 cup of ice  

Whipped cream (optional for a little less healthy)  

Method

Step 1  

Add the oat milk, protein powder, vanilla extract, honey, and banana into a blender, and blend it all up.  

Step 2 

Add the ice 2 cubes at a time, depending on the power of your blender. Once blended set the smoothie aside.  

Step 3 

Dip the rim of your tumbler or glass into honey, and then into the grated dark chocolate or desiccated coconut.  

Step 4 

Draw a ghostly face onto the glass with a sharpie (don’t worry, this will wash off in the dishwasher!)  

 

Step 5 

Pour the smoothie into the tumbler and enjoy!
