Step 1: Blend & combine
Blend the Oreo original cookies in a food processor to a sand-like texture. Add the cream cheese into the food processor and combine with the cookies until a dough is formed.
Step 2: Roll & shape
Use a spoon to portion the mixture and roll into 10 balls. Place the balls in the fridge to chill for one hour.
Tip: Once chilled, roll the balls a second time to smooth out any uneven surfaces. This will be much easier when cold.
Step 3: Melt & coat
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for one minute, stopping to stir frequently. Once melted, dip the Oreo balls into the white chocolate, ensuring the entire surface is covered and allow to set at room temperature.
Step 4: Decorating time
Add the leftover white chocolate into a piping bag with a small opening. Create a zigzag design across the Oreo balls, and place two edible eyes on top, while the chocolate is wet.
