Air fried chicken wings

Chicken Wings – hot and spicy or mild and smoky? Come game day, that is the question! Luckily, this recipe is a great base for all kinds of wings, so you can feel free to keep it traditional with buffalo sauce or go wild with sweet, spicy, or smoky flavours (or all of the above)!  


Ingredients

10 chicken wings

¼ cup of preferred wing sauce

5 tbsp of melted butter

½ tsp of garlic powder

Method

1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°C, grease with cooking spray, and line with baking paper. 

2. Season wings with salt and pepper and cook for 13 minutes. 

3. Flip the wings and cook for an additional 13 minutes. 

4. Whisk butter, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a large bowl. 

5. Add sauce mixture to the cooked wings and toss to coat.

6. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
