1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°C, grease with cooking spray, and line with baking paper.
2. In a large frying pan melt butter and scramble the eggs. Once eggs are cooked through, fold in the chives and remove from heat.
3. Create flat circles out of the pizza dough and top each round with a spoonful of scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese.
4. Bring the edges of the pizza dough together and pinch up into an open pie shape.
5. Brush the dough with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
6. Place rounds in the air fryer basket and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
