Exciting improvements are coming to the Shellharbour Civic Plaza, next to Stockland Shellharbour! Stockland is preparing to commence works in February 2025, with the project expected to be completed by June 2025. These upgrades are designed to enhance customer accessibility and increase traffic flow within the Centre.

Key features of the project include:

• Installation of a new customer lift
• Paver rectification
• General beautification
• Awning works

Stockland is committed to minimising any disruptions during the construction period. To ensure safety and convenience, temporary wayfinding and directional signage, as well as hoardings, will be installed where necessary. Additionally, noisy works will be scheduled after hours whenever possible.
