Land purchases at Wildflower

Discover our land available now

Select the perfect block for your ideal home, then bring it to life.

Starting with just your block of land means you can move at your own pace – whether that means securing land for the future, or getting started on your new home build right away. The choice is all yours.

Your dream home needs a home of its own - the perfect block

1

Choose your frontage

Consider the homes or plans you love. Do they fill the width of the block, or leave a little space? Are they narrow, or wide?

Most of our lots are created at standard sizes. This maximises your options with standard builder designs and optimises what's possible within the council's guidelines.

2

Consider your size

Do you need a lot of home? Or prefer a lot of backyard?

With smaller street setbacks, and plenty of parks within walking distance, less depth on your block could mean more upgrades on your home.
3

Determine your orientation and location

Wildflower is Piara Waters' perfect pocket, but you'll have a number of precincts to choose from.

Banksia Quarter for room to move, Everlasting Corner for easy low maintenance, or The Ramble to surround yourself in nature.

Considering the principles of Vastu Shastra, Feng Shui, or our favourite - solar passive design? Our team can help you find a lot facing your "right" way.

4

Check your budget

Make sure you're on track to cover all the costs of your new home project.

Consider siteworks and anything else you need to pay for by the time you collect your keys - maybe it's solar panels now but that swimming pool down the line.

Frequently asked questions

Our sales professionals are just a phone call away, but sometimes it's nice to figure things out for yourself. Here are some common queries.

At Wildflower, we release new lots to market regularly. To manage the high demand on releases, you must be pre-registered on our database to participate and receive a unique invitation link.

On the release day, you use this link to express interest in your preferred lot/s and allocations will be made on a first come, first served basis.

Any lots not sold immediately upon release will be added to our price list.

If you're interested in one of these but need to do your due diligence with your builder or bank before committing, our sales professionals can place a short hold on this lot for you to do so.

We recommend you move quickly in these situations as we may place additional holds behind you in case you don't proceed.

To secure a lot at Wildflower, you must pay a $5,000 deposit and provide a current letter of eligibility from a licensed broker or a valid preapproval from your bank.

Titled lots have had their certificate of title issued and are ready for you to settle and build on right away. You can drive past and even stand on them.

Where a title hasn't been issued, the lot is still under construction or waiting on approvals. We give our best prediction of when we expect titles and we're proud of our track record, but it's best to treat these dates as indicative.

We're Stockland WA's first all-electric community and we're determined to help our residents build more attractive, healthier, future-proofed homes that cost less to run.

Your package will already include the requirements to build here - light coloured roofs, electric cooking appliances, and a couple of electrical tweaks. They're really quite straight forward but chat to our team for the nitty gritty.
