A glimpse at Evergreen’s first park!

We are thrilled to give you an exclusive look at Evergreen’s first park. Located in Stage 17 near Ballarto Road, this park delivers on Stockland's promise to create amazing green spaces and has been designed for the whole community to enjoy.

Evergreen’s first park will include:

• Playground with three slides.
• Double swing, rope bridge crossing and children's slide.
• Fitness equipment and balance course.
• Shelter and multiple seating options and locations.
• Drinking fountain.
• Native garden in collaboration with City of Casey Gardens for Wildlife.
• Surround yourself with greenery with over 30% tree canopy coverage (with 80% mature growth) and over 15% of total park area dedicated to garden beds.

Construction of the park will commence in Spring 2023*, and completion is scheduled for mid 2024*.

Calling all residents of Evergreen! We need your help to name our brand new park.
