General amenity updates
There are so many exciting things happening at Cloverton including the construction of new schools, parks and shops. Please see below for a summary on all amenity currently under construction at Cloverton.
Stage 361 Park (Interim name)
Stage 361 park, located at the corner of Cilantro St and Koeks Vista, is currently under construction. The park will feature a play tower, bouldering wall, swings, BBQ/Picnic area and more. Additionally, the park will is home to several mature river red gum trees which will be sure to make this park a favourite among the Cloverton community.
The park is anticipated to be open early 2025*.

Kalkallo North Recreation Reserve (interim name)
Stockland is currently working with Council on the plans for Cloverton’s second sporting facility, located between Dwyer Street and Antares Parade.
This Reserve is anticipated to feature playing fields for soccer and cricket, a sports pavilion, a playground and more!
This new Reserve is nearing the end of the tender process and is anticipated to open in 2025 - 2026*.
Kalkallo Recreation Reserve
The Kalkallo Sports Recreation Reserve opened in 2022.
The Reserve features two playing fields for football and cricket, cricket nets, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a basketball half-court, outdoor fitness stations, a play space, BBQ area and a sports pavilion.
Kallo Town Centre
The Kallo Town Centre is open for business!
Woolworths, Aspire Early Education. Ferguson Plarre’s Bakehouse, The Coffee Club, Nanak Indian Grocery, Chemist Warehouse, Medical Select and many more have all opened their doors
The centre is fast becoming a meeting spot for residents.
Kalkallo Shopping Centre is owned and was developed by Oreana Property Group.
Gilgai Plains Primary School
Gilgai Plains Primary School officially opened in Term 1, 2022.
Hume Anglican Grammar Primary School
Hume Anglican Grammar has opened a Prep to Year-6 campus in Cloverton. The new school will allow residents to start their primary education at the Kalkallo campus and continue secondary schooling at either the Mt Ridley or Donnybrook campuses nearby.
Banum Warrik Primary School
Banum Warrik Primary School (known as Lockerbie North during construction) opened in 2024, helping the growing local community get a great education close to home. The school is open for enrolments from Prep to Grade 6.
Kalkallo Community Centre
The Kalkallo Community Centre opened late 2021 and features a preschool and learning spaces, consulting rooms for maternal and child health services and multipurpose community meeting spaces.
Kalkallo North Community Centre
The Kalkallo North Community Centre within Cloverton opened in February 2024! Located on the corner of Dwyer Street and Koeks Vista, the centre features consulting rooms for maternal and child health services, flexible multipurpose community and activity meeting spaces, and more!
Lockerbie Secondary School (interim name)
The Victorian Government has announced they are building a new secondary school in Cloverton. It will open in 2026* with places for up to 800 students. This will help the growing community get a great education close to home.
Pinegrove Park (located on Antares Parade & Koeks Vista)
Pinegrove's first park is now open!
This park features a pinecone themed play tower, netclimb, a swing set, along with play elements inspired by the natural environment.
Waterway (located alongside Arcturus Dr)
The constructed waterway that runs alongside Arcturus Dr (between Sahlia Ave and Bismuth St) is now open!
It features a shared path, fitness stations, a bike repair station, a shelter and seating.
Creekside Park (located on Margot Cct & Gemsig Rd)
Creekside Park is now open!
Creekside’s only park capitalises on existing trees and features a half-court multi-use court and undercover picnic tables and seating.

Roscoe Ave Park (Stage 309 Park)
Stage 309 park playground, located on Roscoe Ave, is currently receiving an update to add convenience and excitement for families. The update will feature a new play tower and a picnic shelter as well as some other smaller updates.
The re-opening of this park is anticipated to be late 2024*.
Other Parks and Wetlands
The Cloverton Development team has a strong focus on providing great parks, wetlands and green spaces to the community.
There are 3 wetlands currently under construction - Wetland O located between Dwyer St and Antares Pde, Wetland E located along Mowamba St, and Wetland C located between Moxham Dr and the Merri Creek. All wetlands are anticipated to open in 2025*.
Additionally, there are two new parks currently in design, Stage 372 Park located along Dussehra St and Stage 377 Park which sits within a future Cloverton stage.
