Eligibility Criteria
- To participate, collect a Refer a Friend Referral Form from a participating community's Sales and Information Centre or download your state form from this webpage.
- Complete your details in the Referral Form.
- Pass the referral form to your referred friend to complete their details and sign the Referral Form.
- Your friend must bring the completed Referral Form back into our Sales and Information Centre to submit to our Sales Professional team prior to entering into a contract of sale. Once both you and your friend settle your purchase of land within a Stockland residential community, we will issue each of you with the incentive applicable to your state.*
Refer a Friend Program: Incentive is a Visa digital gift card from $1,000 to $5,000. Promotion applies to qualifying land at any Stockland masterplanned community or Stockland Halcyon land lease community. Promotion starts 01/07/2024 at 9am (AEST) and ends to the earlier of 30/06/2025 at 5pm (AEST) or the time and date on which Home Purchase Agreements have been entered into for all sites within the qualifying land or contracts for sale have been entered into for all the residential lots within the qualifying land.
