1. Choose your lakefront home and pay the deposit
Once you’ve chosen the design that’s perfect for your lifestyle, we take a 5% deposit. No additional payments are needed until settlement.
2. While your lakefront home is being built
During the build, we’ll keep you updated on its progress, and arrange for you to visit and inspect your home prior to settlement.
3. The settlement process
Payment of the 95% balance of the contract price will be required at settlement. A Stockland representative will arrange for settlement with your legal representative.
4. Moving into your new lakefront home
On the day of settlement, we will welcome you to your exclusive lakefront home in Lakeside Residences, where your new lakefront adventure will begin.
After settlement, our customer-care commitment includes:
• Rectifying any cosmetic defects within three months
• Providing all trade warranty certificates and operating manuals
• A seven-year structural guarantee
