Participate in a land release
Land releases at Newport have moved to a new expression of interest process via email. Please read the below steps to participate in future land releases.
Before the release
- Familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions noted in the pre-release email
- Keep an eye out for an email with release info and important dates,
- Ensure that you have your finance letter of eligibility ready if you require finance.
On the day of release
- Complete the EOI form (emailed on release day), with a copy of your finance letter of eligibility (note – registering your interest does not guarantee you a lot);
- Our sales team will contact you within 48 hours after the expression of interest period has closed to confirm the outcome of your registration; and
- You will be contacted twice during this time and if you are uncontactable both times, you will lose your registration and opportunity to purchase.
Post release
- Contracts are to be signed with payment of the required deposit within seven days of the release date; and
- If you are unsuccessful in securing a lot, please stand by for our next land release.
