The Town Centre has received DA approval

We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve received approval of our development application for Stage 1 of The Gables’ Town Centre. 

This is an important step in progressing our plans for a Town Centre that will include a full line supermarket, around 18 specialty shops, food and beverage, as well as a function centre and gym.  We’ve also submitted an application for Stage 2, including a childcare centre and medical centre for consideration by The Hills Shire Council. 

We know the Town Centre will be a vital hub for the community. We’re now focusing on further design and leasing activities, and we look forward to providing other exciting updates in the new year.
