Meet Elizabeth & Zach – Forest Reach’s newest residents

At Forest Reach, we're proud to share the stories of families like Elizabeth Borg and Zach Kelly, who have found their forever home in our community.

Living in a cosy three-bedroom house in Warrawong, Elizabeth and Zach realised they needed more space for their growing family, which includes their two young children, Flynn and Millie. As Elizabeth put it, "We were comfortable in our old home, but with two toddlers under two, we knew it was time to expand and find a home that would grow with us."

The Forest Reach community provided the perfect solution. Elizabeth and Zach built their dream four-bedroom home, where they’ve been enjoying the stunning natural surroundings for the past two months.

"Forest Reach gives our kids the opportunity to have a garden where they can play outside and kick the ball around, which is something I always dreamed of as a kid," Elizabeth shared.

With the scenic backdrop of the mountains and close proximity to the coastline, their new home offers the best of both worlds. "We wake up in the morning with the sun at the front of the house, surrounded by farms with horses and cows. And in the afternoon, we can relax on the back verandah with a cup of tea, watching the sun set behind the mountains. It's a really nice part of the world to be in."

Once complete, the community will feature over 650 homes across three unique neighborhoods, two proposed parks, and a 4.7-hectare riparian open space.
