Forest Reach makes a feature in the Region Illawarra
Exciting news for Forest Reach! Our community was recently featured in a news article highlighting our release of over 160 land lots in the newest precinct, Crest View, with prices starting at $446,000*. These lots offer rare views of the Illawarra escarpment and surrounding district, as well as easy access to the proposed Crest View Park.
The article noted the success of our sold-out Casscade Crossing precinct and the strong interest in Crest View from first home buyers, families, upgraders, and downsizers. Forest Reach Project Director, Mike Milligan, talks to the high demand for housing in the growing Illawarra area stating "this new precinct at Forest Reach will help cater to that demand".
Crest View offers a range of lot sizes, from 300 to 957m2, and options for both flat and split-level designs. Buyers can choose from various house and land packages or design their own dream homes.
The article also touches on future plans for the community to eventually feature three neighborhoods, approximately 656 homes, two parks, and a 4.7-hectare riparian open space with walking and cycling paths. A large park with sports fields, a playground, and fitness equipment is also in the works.
