First residents move into Stockland Forest Reach, with more land on the way
Stockland has welcomed its first residents to Forest Reach, a masterplanned community located in Huntley, 18 kilometres from Wollongong's CBD in New South Wales' Illawarra region.
Following the sell-out of lots in the Casscade Crossing precinct earlier this year, a new release of 10 premium lots in the Crest View precinct is set to be available in October.
The Crest View precinct sits at the highest point in the community, providing elevated lots with impressive views of the Illawarra escarpment and surrounding district.
The precinct caters to first homebuyers, families, and those looking to upgrade, with lot sizes ranging from 300 square metres to 957 square metres. The release in October will include lots from 400 square metres to 806 square metres.
Once complete, Forest Reach will provide more than 650 high quality homes, and will feature three distinct neighbourhoods, two proposed parks, and a 4.7-hectare riparian open space. Residents will be close to transport, schools, parks, and shops.
Zac and Elizabeth are some of the first residents to move into their new home in the Forest Reach community.
